Coloradans will get their first chance at e-bike rebates of up to $1,750 beginning next week as the state launches a new program aimed at reducing pollution from driving.Residents who meet income requirements can apply online for a rebate from 9 a.m. Wednesday to 1 p.m. Monday by submitting their name and contact information. After a random selection process, approximately 2,000 people will receive a rebate in the first round, said Sarah Thorne, who runs the program for the Colorado Energy Office.Those not selected for rebates this round will have the opportunity to resubmit to the lottery in September and October.
